We welcome all vendors and appreciate your interest in being part of our community celebration. Please complete and submit this Vendor Interest Form for our team’s review. Submission of this form is only an expression of interest and does not guarantee vendor approval, booth space, or participation in the event. All applications will be carefully reviewed by the event organizers. Vendors who are approved will receive a separate email with instructions to select their booth location and submit payment to secure their space. The vendor registration fee includes: One 10×10 booth space One table Two chairs The vendor registration fee: Food $1,100 (plus $400 cleaning security deposit) Dessert & Drinks $500 (plus $150 cleaning security deposit) All Other Categories $300 (plus $100 cleaning security deposit) Please note that booth sharing is strictly prohibited. Vendors may not share their booth space with another business, organization, or individual without prior written approval from the event organizers. If unauthorized booth sharing is discovered, the organizers reserve the right to immediately cancel the booth reservation. The vendor will be required to leave the premises, and no refund will be issued. While we strive to host a successful and well-attended event, the organizers cannot guarantee any specific number of attendees, customer traffic, or sales. Organizers do not guarantee any minimum amount of sales or business to vendors. Vendor setup time is from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM. Booth breakdown and cleanup must be completed between 11:00 PM and 11:30 PM. Full payment, including any applicable deposits or fees, must be received prior to setup.
