* The organizer reserves the right to reject or request modifications to any advertisement that is offensive, political, discriminatory, promotes alcohol, tobacco, gambling, adult content, or conflicts with the values of the event.
* Advertisers are responsible for providing accurate information, logos, and artwork. The organizer is not responsible for errors in materials submitted by the advertiser.
* If the organizer designs the banner, one proof will be sent for approval. Printing will begin only after approval is received.
* No refunds will be issued after artwork has been approved or printing has begun.
* Event organizers are not responsible for banners damaged due to weather, vandalism, theft, or circumstances beyond their control.
* Banner placement duration is limited to the Pakistan Day event period and any promotional period determined by the organizers.
* The organizer reserves the right to relocate banners if necessary due to venue or safety requirements.
* Sponsorship does not imply endorsement of the advertiser’s products or services by the organizers.
* By submitting this form, the advertiser certifies that they own or have permission to use all logos, images, trademarks, and content provided.
* The advertiser agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Islamic Society of Corona-Norco (ISCN), Corona Community Pakistan Day organizers, volunteers, and affiliates from any claims arising from the advertisement or its content.
