Food Vendor Registration

Thank you for your interest and for considering participation as a vendor at our event. We welcome all vendors and look forward to reviewing your application. Please complete and submit the registration form for our team’s review.
  • Please note that submission of this form does not guarantee booth space.
  • All applications will be carefully reviewed, and once approved, vendors will receive a link to select their booth and complete payment.
  • The registration fee includes one 10×10 booth space, one table, and two chairs. We will also provide canopies for all vendors.
  • Please be aware that booth sharing is strictly prohibited. If a vendor is found sharing their booth with another business or individual, the organizers reserve the right to cancel the booth reservation immediately. The vendor will be asked to leave the premises, and no refund will be issued under such circumstances.
  • Additionally, while we strive to host a successful and well-attended event, the organizers cannot guarantee any specific number of attendees or sales. We kindly remind vendors that no refund requests will be accepted based on low sales or perceived lack of foot traffic.
